Rejuvenate and bring back the bustling Jinling Road

Jinlin East Road covers an area of 0.75 square kilometers. There are more than 29,300 households with a population of 82,200 people. The most of the roads in the territory were built in the middle and late 19th century. Since then, the French Concession filled Zhoujing and built Minti Niyin Road (now Tibet South Road) in the twenty-sixth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1900). Culture, education, health and other undertakings in the territory developed rapidly. The residents living on Jinling East Road are mostly old-schoolpeople in Shanghai. Because of the development of the Nanjing economic circle in the north, the south has gradually lost its former vitality. The purpose of this project is to establish rejuvenate the economic development. A smart mobile applets is designed to make more convenient for local residents.
