The Chamber Ambassador Committee is a selected member group who volunteer their time to provide a crucial link between the Chamber, its members, and the county at large. Chamber Ambassadors serve as goodwill representatives for the Chamber and the Mena/Polk County community and play a vital role in partner retention, recruitment and communication. These highly visible, enthusiastic volunteers are in the center of business activity. Our Ambassadors foster relationships between current, new, and prospective members and help them understand and take advantage of their Chamber benefits. They also help encourage participation through personal interactions, welcome businesses, share opportunities and maximize each member’s investment through mentorship, guidance and community involvement. They enjoy rewards of making new contacts, strengthening business relationships, and accessing resources to further their own success. Ambassadors represent the Chamber through referring new members, participating in events, such as ribbon cuttings, and Chamber networking functions as well as many more support activities.
