Through these last few months I have had the honour and privilege of meeting all of you the lovely advertisers and their friends and all I can say from the bottom of my heart is THANK YOU for continuing to support and contribute to the value of this delightful product. Throughout my recent travels on this beautiful coastline of ours … I have stumbled upon many of you who are going through lots of difficulties and challenges. Many of you are struggling with personal or business issues, or family and financial pressures.
With my intention of celebrating the many divine aspects of life may you really enjoy this issue as much as I have had in putting it together. It is the warmth and sincerity of the proudly growing advertising business community that allows me to bring you a product that not only is a great and wonderful informative guide to our KZN coastline, but may this issue also remind you to revel in the wonders and many mysteries of life.
As we embark on leaving this Summer season let me empower you with some wise words of wisdom. Readers be open to every opportunity that comes your way. This can be achieved by just changing your attitudes and your mindset. Opportunity and abundance are only limited by our imagination, and as there are no limits to what we can imagine, then surely there are no limits to what we can achieve. Many of us don't take opportunities in life because we are held back by fear of failure, fear of rejection and most of all fear of the unknown.
Life is somewhat at times difficult, and once we have accepted these hardships and our personal and collective challenges along the way, may we be joyful in the knowledge that the world is always exactly as it should be. May each leaf play a note in the symphony of Autumn in this new season for you and may you too become that shining beacon of light somewhere … Keep your finger on the Pulse .. the Heart Beat of the South Coast.
Remember that the obstacles in our path are not opposing us, they are merely and gently rerouting us. It is important not to view that which stands in our way as our 'enemy'. It can be our best friend, sending us on a much needed detour. As the great leader of our nation Nelson Mandela once said and I quote “Our deepest fear is not that

Featured Restaurant Johan Muller is currently the owner of Mozambik Gateway and Mozambik Uvongo. He got into the restaurant business when he was the owner of a refrigeration company that he was doing work for at Mozambik Ballito. He approached the owner of that branch, Brett Michielin who is now one of Johan's closet friend's, regarding being a part of their brand due to him falling in love with the brand and what they are all about. When the opportunity came up, 6 years ago for Johan to own & run his own branch, namely Mozambik Gateway, he embraced it and hasn't looked back. Johan's hobbies include cooking, surďŹ ng, any other outdoor activities and also volunteering for a Ballito based Specialized Rescue Unit. Mozambik Uvongo will be running many in-house specials which will be advertised on social media, as well as on the 4 April 2018 there will be a Comedy and Music Show featuring top Comedians from On Fire Comedy, namely Rob van Vuuren, Mo Vawda and Kelvin Stoffels. The evening will begin with a live performance by a local band, The Gentry. Then after the show, wellknown comedian and Co-Owner of On Fire Comedy, Jem Atkins will be our Auctioneer for the evening. All the proceeds of the auction will go towards getting precious Ella Dry the stem cell treatment she requires in India. Ella is a very special little girl who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy almost 5 years ago. If anyone would like to sponsor items for the auction please contact Candice on 072 734 1122.
