How to Use the Oils and Diffuser Options Diffuse into the Air: Take off diffuser top.

Fill base with filtered or distilled water to the fill line.

Drop 5-6 essential oil drops in the water. If blending, 3 and 3.

Return diffuser top.

Plug into an outlet on the wall.

Turn on and select run time (if applicable) or it will turn off automatically when the water runs out.

Wear Personal Diffuser Dots: Remove dot from bag.

Drop 3-4 essential oil drops onto felt side. If blending, two and two (2+2).

Remove backing from sticky side and discard.

Stick on clothes around neck area.

Discard after 6-8 hours.
