Thank You for Choosing Team BCC! It is our goal to make BCC a favorite place for our members and our staff! When culture is connected with people, tradition, heart, hospitality, innovation, and facilities, we will have built an environment that is rewarding, fun and engaging that you are proud of and others are inspired by. This passport is designed for all BCC staff members to support your onboarding process and ensure you are transitioning smoothly into your new role here at the Club. Over the next 90 days, your BCC Passport will help you to learn about the Club’s mission, culture, and how we facilitate positive and memorable experiences for our members, guests, and staff. It is our hope that by learning about all facets of the Club, and familiarizing yourself with our amazing staff in all of their varying departments and roles, your transition into the BCC family will be effortless and fun. Instructions: Using the contact information at the back of this passport, you will need to arrange a time to meet with a representative from each Club department; plan on meeting for one hour. As you familiarize yourself with the Club and its components, each department representative will add a sticker to your passport when tasks are completed. Your goal is to fill up your passport within your first 90 days! At the end of each session, you will be required to write a lesson learned under each department. When your passport is complete, please notify your supervisor. A follow up conversation will be scheduled to discuss your first 90 days at Baltimore Country Club. You will keep your passport for future reference.
