We can’t wait to connect with you! Due to the executive order by Governor Hogan, we are prevented from offering fitness and wellness services here at the Club. During these uncertain times, we wanted to doing something exciting and offer ways you can stick to your fitness routine from the comfort of your home.
As the Director of Fitness and Wellness at BCC, I know how important it is to stick to your fitness routine. Please join us for the following 30-minute classes with the schedule provided to keep you moving, balanced, strong, flexible, and ease your stress. Now more than ever, we need to take care of ourselves!
