Engel & Völkers Knysna, marked a significant milestone with the grand opening of our new shop in the heart of the beautiful Thesen Harbour Town, Knysna

This momentous event, which took place on May 3, 2023, not only marked a significant milestone in our journey but also showcased our commitment to delivering exceptional real estate services and an understanding of local and international real estate markets.

Our grand opening began with guests arriving at our new Engel & Völkers Knysna shop to an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. The event commenced with a warm welcome and ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by our joint CEO of Engel & Völkers Southern Africa, Craig Hutchison. Craig’s inspiring welcome speech and toast set the perfect tone for

the event, complemented by a sophisticated serving of champagne and canapés.

The celebration continued as we invited our guests to join us at the iconic Ile de Pain for a dinner that promised to be as memorable as the occasion. Our License Partner for Knysna, Francois Barnard, delivered a heartfelt address, sharing insights into our vision and the exciting journey ahead for Engel & Völkers Knysna. The introduction of the staff by Stefanie Greyling, our joint License Partner and Principal, further emphasized our dedication to building a strong, client-focused team.

The dinner at Ile de Pain was a culinary delight, reflecting the same standards of luxury and quality that we uphold in our real estate services. The exquisite menu, exceptional service, and elegant ambiance made for an unforgettable dining experience.

We concluded our grand opening with a special lucky draw, underscoring the core pillars of Engel & Völkers: Competence, Passion and Exclusivity. It was a joy to present three VIP guests with Field Bar coolers, each filled with
