The minutes of the Parish Council Planning Meetings of 2nd February and 6th April were still not available at the time of going to press. The following items were taken from the minutes of the Parish Council Planning Meetings on 4th May and 1st June. Land to the Rear of 106-108 High Street, Meldreth 22/04489/FUL

Construction of a single storey unit Amendment to application The Planning Committee recommended ‘Refusal’, pending clarification of the access route onto the High Street. On the previous application the Planning Committee recommended ‘No Recommendation’, but commented with their concerns on the access. This concern has now been highlighted by Highways.

38 High Street 23/01807/S73

S73 to vary conditions of ref: 22/03423/HFUL Roof extension and single storey front, side and rear extensions to replace the external facing brickwork with an acrylic render. Planning Committee recommended ‘No recommendation’ with no comments.

Single storey side and rear extension, loft conversion with side facing dormer windows and associated alterations. Permission granted.
