e encan annuel de taureaux. Nous sommes fiers de notre groupe dans l’encan, qui est le résultat de plus de 35 ans dans l’élevage pur sang. Les taureaux ont été sélectionnés rigoureusement de la naissance à aujourd’hui parmi plus de 200 vêlages pur-sang.

Alimentation : Les taureaux sont alimentés de façon à être un taureau reproducteur et non un bouvillon. Nous suivons un programme alimentaire très rigoureux. Nous recherchons un gain respectable pour avoir des taureaux bien développés, mais sans exagération. Ceci est notre philosophie afin de garder de bons pieds et membres sur les taureaux, et ne pas risquer de diminuer la fertilité de ceux-ci. Vous le constaterez par leur faible accumulation de gras. Comme votre taureau devient votre outil reproducteur, il est prioritaire pour nous de faire tout en notre possible pour vous offrir un animal le plus opérationnel et optimal possible.

Vaccination et santé : Les tests de sperme seront effectués sur tous les taureaux. Résultats et mesures scrotales à venir à ce moment. Les taureaux sont testés négatifs BVD. Pour le protocole de vaccination : Vaches : • EXPRESS FP10 : avant la saillie.

• Bovimectin et Scour Bos 9 avant vêlages et les taures saillies Scour Bos 9 et rappel au Scour Bos 4.

Veaux : • Toltrazuril, Selenium à la naissance

• Once PMH à 2 semaines • Express 5, Tasvax 8 et Bovimectin : Avant la mise au pâturage

Taureaux sevrés et génisses ouvertes : • EXPRESS 5 et Bovimectin : Décembre

Ils surpassent nos attentes, non seulement sur leur capacité, mais ils sont aussi excessivement faciles de naissance. Nous l’avons même utilisé sur des génisses!! Les veaux sont vigoureux et excessivement profond avec un frame modéré. LOUB 225D est assurément un de nos meilleurs atouts génétiques dans les dernières années.

LOUB 225D, a bull who stood out since birth, that was sold to Kelvin Egan and that we kept semen interest. He surpasses our expectations, not only on their capacity but they have very good calving ease. We also used him on heifers! His calves our rigourous, very deep bodied with moderate frames. LOUB 225D is one of our best genetic assets in the last few years.

Assurément un de nos taureaux vedette de l’encan. Il est dure de lui trouver un défaut, il est à mon avis l’image de taureau Charolais que nous voulons produire. Pieds et membres parfaits, facilité de naissance assurée, profondeur et capacité impressionnante, largueur de dos et docilité. Sa mère est du type idéal avec une musculature impressionnante et un très beau pis.

Certainly one of the sale features and a bull that is hard to fault. He is, in my opinion, exactly the type of Charolais bull we are striving to produce. Perfect feet and legs, assured calving ease, impressive depth and capacity, huge topped, and docile. His mother is the ideal type of cow, with impressive muscling and a very good udder.

A performance machine, solid on every level, and one of my favorites. A bull that shows off his great muscle shape from whatever angle you look at him. Un autre exemple de constance. Son frère propre l’an dernier, était un des plus beau du groupe. Provient d’un pedigree sans faille à notre ferme. On y retrouve LOUB 132Y et LOUB 7P, 2 vaches donneuses à la ferme. Elles ont toujours produites, année après année, des animaux parmi les supérieurs de groupe. Il est comme tous les autres fils de LOUB 225D : une structure de sabot impeccable.

Si vous voulez un taureau pour donner d’excellents veaux et doté d’une bonne longévité, il est un choix à ne pas négliger. Sa mère FALA 19T est une vache qui a 15 ans cette année, et qu’on ne prévoit pas réformer encore. Elle est solide et d’une très bonne shape. If you are looking to add pounds to your calf crop, LOUB 1126J, would be an excellent choice. He is very straight topped, a characteristic that is hard to find in a bull with such extreme length of spine. His dam, LOUB 15C, has always produced bulls that are top performers in their group. We sold her her first son to Pier-Luc Pépin and his calves broke all the records for performance at his farm.
