I am Mélanie Legrand, a surface pattern designer and illustrator based in Provence (South of France).
Passionate about patterns, I love to read about their stories to understand their characteristics and the techniques used to create them.
I mainly work digitally, but while drawing traditionally to design the first steps of my patterns and illustrations.
Nature and the world around me inspire me to create colored and joyful patterns for stationary, home decor and kids!
