Thank you for considering the McNay Art Museum to host your private event. The Spanish Colonial Revival house was built in 1926 by Marion Koogler McNay, an oil heiress, artist, and collector who also had a taste for entertaining and celebrating in style. In 1950, Mrs. McNay generously left her residence, her art collection of 700 works, and an endowment to create the first museum of modern art in Texas.

Nestled atop 25 secluded acres, the McNay offers an intimate environment for weddings. A serene outdoor setting with hilltop views, the front lawn serves as the main ceremony location. Accommodating up to 300 guests, this site offers limitless possibilities for set-up and design.
