Imagine walking down a flower petal covered aisle under the gorgeous pink and gold setting sun. Surrounded by twinkling fairy lights and your loved ones, you arrive at a magnificent gazebo altar where you and your beloved will say your “I Dos.�

Celebrate Together Following your magical ceremony, your celebration can continue in the outdoor space with you and your guests eating, drinking, and dancing under the stars in the tranquil Arizona night air. Or, beautifully lighted brick stairs will lead your guests to the set of wood double doors towards the main entrance of the magnificent ballroom. The Ballroom includes Saltillo tile, a spacious dance floor, wall sconces, and elegant chandeliers that combine to create the perfect romantic atmosphere for your celebration.

Meet our Family In 2005, Vickie Herd started her first company providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Her entrepreneur drive was originally derived from her devotion to care for her son Chad Herd, 34, with Down Syndrome. Vickie’s company was a family run business from the start including her daughter Leslie Cole, her son-in-law Chad Cole, youngest daughter Ashley Green and her oldest child Chad Herd.

Knowing that a successful business had come into fruition, and the dynamic bond of having her children working together, Vickie knew she had the perfect team to open her second business, Bella Rose Estate in 2013. Both companies are involved in several nonprofit organizations and enjoy giving back to the community.

Vickie was honored to be named small business person of the year Arizona in 2017. Vickie enjoys spending as much nonworking time as she can with family, going to the farmers market and antiquing.

Leslie Cole joined the family business in 2006 managing the employees and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. She transitioned to Bella Rose Estate in 2013 to better utilize her strong management and planning skills.

Leslie actively manages Bella Rose Estate, including her team of coordinators and event assistants to ensure every event has the highest level of customer service. Leslie enjoys traveling, boating and spending non-work time with her husband Chad Cole.

Chad Cole started in the first family business in 2011 working with his brother-in-law Chad Herd and individuals with developmental disabilities. In 2013 he also started working at Bella Rose Estate where his personal soft sales skills of communication, compassion and patience was a perfect fit for the new family business. Chad also manages the maintenance crew of the two-acre property and dedicates his time to keeping it looking pristine and picture-perfect for every wedding and event. Chad enjoys spending time on the lake, playing a round of golf and watching his all time favorite sport, football.

The youngest family member, Ashley Green, joined the family business in 2006 as a teacher for the day program, assisting adults with disabilities and independent living skills. Ashley has an active part in both family businesses working with her brother Chad Herd and individuals with special needs and working in the Accounting Department for both companies. Outside of work Ashley enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and her three-year-old son.
