Directors representing you were heavily involved in meetings regarding proposed legislation that affects real estate. Please connect with me, Errol Mooney, Lori Ogorchock, Ralph Garrow, Jr., or Cecily Tippery for more information. While in Sacramento, I was summoned to a disciplinary hearing regarding the N.A.R. Variable Dues Formula because our score was not compliant on March 31, 2015. Thankfully,

being a member of any REALTOR® Association has been a struggle. We are required to have the broker take certain actions or for the licensee to become a member. We are required to have full compliance of all brokers, or be subject to terminating the membership and services of all licensees under that broker’s license, even those licensees who have paid their dues. Cooperation from our brokers is appreciated.
