The latest Performance Pay Tracking Period began on July 1. We are striving to meet the Patient Satisfaction goal of a ≥ 50% rating (experience as “Excellent”). In order to create a comfortable margin of performance, while continuing to improve the patient experience, we would like to share some feedback from recent patient focus groups. The two areas that patients value the most are: 1. Communication from the treating crew: “Explain treatment options and procedures” “Provide reassurance and compassionate communication with the patient” 2. Setting clear expectations: “Set transport length expectation” “Set a triage level expectation before arriving at the hospital”

I-77 Mobility Partners to Launch New Maintenance Team to Manage Operations and Maintenance for I-77 Corridor Team will handle road maintenance and repairs, provide roadside assistance 24/7 Charlotte, N.C. (September 28, 2017) – Beginning October 1, 2017, I-77 Mobility Partners will be responsible for operations and maintenance for the entire 26-mile I77 Corridor from I-277 in Charlotte to Exit 36 in Mooresville. A dedicated Maintenance Team will respond to needs in both the general purpose lanes and the express lanes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Operations and maintenance functions for the corridor are being transitioned from the North Carolina Department of Transportation to I-77 Mobility Partners as part of the express lanes project agreement. “The I-77 Mobility Partners Maintenance Team will provide a high level of customer service and care, both in the express lanes and general purpose lanes,” said Javier Tamargo, CEO of I-77 Mobility Partners. “Drivers will have a dedicated maintenance team on this corridor who will regularly travel and monitor the corridor, and offer assistance to motorists 24 hours a day, seven days a week.” The Maintenance Team will provide roadway and right of way maintenance, including mowing, debris cleanup and road repair. Additionally, the Maintenance Team will help drivers with minor roadside emergencies, such as jumping a battery or changing a tire. Law enforcement officers will continue to patrol the corridor and respond to incidents along with emergency responders. The I-77 Mobility Partners Maintenance Team will assist law enforcement and emergency responders on incident response, assisting with traffic control and roadway cleanup and coordinating vehicle removal as requested. The Maintenance Team will travel the corridor in clearly marked vehicles with the I77 Mobility Partners logo on the driver and passenger-side doors. Vehicles also will have yellow striping on the sides. Team members will wear a high-visibility uniform with the I-77 Mobility Partners logo on the front chest and across the upper back.
