By sharing our screens, we can view listings together and share dialogue in real time. We can even bring you inside our proprietary tools that the public hasn’t had access to in the past.

Virtual Showing Methods We utilize a wide variety of technology to present information, and realize it is not “one size fits all.”

1. Live Video Tours - I can do a live walk-through of a property using Zoom, FaceTime, Google House Party, or other communication apps 2. Recorded Tours - I will film a tour of the house, then send it via text, email, social media messaging, or upload it into the Cloud 3. 3D Home Tours - I can use the Zillow 3D Home app to create and upload virtual tours 4. Register to Attend Virtual Open Houses

Personalized Experience •We might be fueled by the latest technology and trends, but the home search process is still personalized to address your specific needs •I’ll make sure to familiarize myself with the layout of the home, so I can provide context on use of space, finishes, and unique qualities •We will open doors, cabinets, Garage Doors, and explore the home as if you were there in person •I’ll be well-versed in the community and share information about the neighborhood and surrounding amenities

Digital from Contract to Close •When you’re ready to write an offer, we continue to use Dotloop for digital signatures and document storage •In fact, any signatures on contract related documents moving forward can all be collected digitally •Let me walk you through process for socially distant and safe Home Inspection, Walk Through & Settlement •I partner with a title company that provides options that are comfortable for you when it comes to closing day
