The proposal is for the use and development of a single storey dwelling, centrally located on the subject site with front and rear setbacks of 229 metres and 207 metres respectively. The Yarra River corridor is located directly to the east of the subject site. In August last year, the Yarra Ranges Shire Council issued a refusal to grant a permit for the proposal.
