■ A men’s health event, Mentally Fit Men - More Than Talk: Strength in Action, will be held at Chelsea Town Hall on Thursday (OPCt. 3). The event will focus on addressing men’s mental health in the community. Organiser Rohan Parrant ’s goal for the event is to go beyond just raising awareness. “It’s an opportunity to explore practical strategies to support men’s mental well-being and foster stronger, more connected communities,” said coorganiser Andrew Kemp. “There’ll be engaging discussions, guest speakers and a community Q&A to share real solutions for local men’s mental health challenges.
