Manufacture of Metal Structures The main activity of FORTIS Group is the manufacture of steel structures for industrial and civil construction. The quality control of its welding work is ensured in accordance with International Welding Engineer (IWE) qualification requirements. The company manufactures trusses, columns and beams, as well as other ferrous metal products according to individual orders. The accurate and high-quality preparation of its products is carried out through the use of a band saw and metal sheet CNC plasma cutting machines. The welders performing semi-automatic arc welding are certified according to LST EN 287-1. The company pays great attention to product quality control.

FORTIS Group

Installation Company's team of workers installs metal structures on sites. FORTIS Group began its activities in 2011.

The quality can be verified by applying NDT (non-destructive testing). All production of the company is in compliance with regulatory requirements and is made according to ISO 9001: 2008 quality management system. 路 The produced steel constructions meet the EN 10901:2009+A1:2011 EXC3 quality standard. The company's welding personnel undergo approval testing according to EN 287-1 and EN 1418 paragraphs 111, 131, 135, 136, 137, 141. The welding engineers and supervisors have European Welding Engineer (EWE) and International Welding Engineer (IWE) certificates of the European Welding Federation (EWF).

Workshop in KlaipÄ—da, Lithuania (Free Economic Zone) The company's capacity reaches 400 tons per month. The workshop is situated in Lithuania, KlaipÄ—da, with the manufacturing area covering 6500 m2. The company is situated in the Free Economic Zone, close to the main highways. The seaport and railway allow for easy access. The works range from planning and manufacturing to installation and erection of constructions.

SERVICES Planning / Part preparation / Mechanical processing of bulky constructions / Assembly and welding of units and constructions / Painting in a painting chamber / On spot installation of constructions We work with metal processing and coating, construct and develop buildings. Steel sandblasting up to SA3, paint coating and priming. Production of ship parts and constructions, fabricated cyclones, separators and steel constructions for buildings. Platforms, ladders, hose reels, bridges, pipe flanges and holders etc. All production is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The factory covers around 10000 m2 of area; closed facilities under roof cover around 6000 m2 The maximum measurements of a produced steel construction is over 8000x10900x24000mm; the maximum weight is over 40 tons. The manufacture of metal products and constructions applies modern processing and installation technologies. Periodical certification and constantly renovated technical equipment prove the quality of works and our capability to implement big and technically complex projects.

Workshop in Garg탑dai, Lithuania The maximum production capacity of the enterprise is 250 tons per month. FORTIS Group has implemented a production control and surveillance system that has been assessed and certified by the Inspecta Notified Body in accordance with the EU harmonised standard, EN 10901:2009+A1:2012. FORTIS Group is entitled to manufacture structural steelworks of the EXC3 execution class and lower classes bearing the CE marking in accordance with EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2012.
