’idea di proporre il tartufo è stata vincente, una vera innovazione per la città, accolta con entusiasmo dai buongustai. Gli chef Pino e Giovanni hanno infatti portato aria di novità in un menu fedele al territorio, valorizzato da un grande rispetto per le materie prime.

Ad affiancarli in sala Ilenia e Marien, con la loro accoglienza curata ed elegante. Originale il nome: comprende il tartufo che cresce spontaneo nelle Crete Senesi ma anche il tufo, la terra stesa sulla pista del Palio di Siena.
