She oversees all residential analysis, research, consultancy and publications. She has acted as a consultant for a large number of public and private sector clients, undertaking a variety of bespoke projects.

She is currently head of UK research, with a focus on the big issues in the real estate world; identifying trends, analysing the market, and providing clients with unrivalled insight and ideas. Jen regularly produces bespoke reports for clients that help inform their strategic decision making process.

In addition, she produces a wide-ranging thought leadership programme, looking at

Before joining Savills in 2014, Lawrence worked at a strategy consultancy advising companies in the real estate, construction, and logistics sectors.

Her career began in Yorkshire, before returning to the West Country in 2010. She has been broadcasting on stations across the west for over a decade.
