File Information • We accept various file types, including PDF / .TIF /.EPS / .JPG • Advertising should be supplied as a high-resolution CMYK file, with flattened layers. PDF is the preferred format. • Please do not provide advertisements in a Microsoft format (.doc/.ppt) as the content may not be reproduced as expected. • Double page spreads should be provided as two separate full or half-pages, depending on your booking. • No bleed is required. A 5mm safe zone is advised. • Unless otherwise agreed, standard quarter and eighth page advertisements are vertical. • If artwork is unavailable, we can offer a design service with your booking for a small additional fee. • Please send all artwork to production@bathecho.co.uk

For artwork that is due within the next 48 hours, please call 01225 585085. • Media Bath Limited shall, to its best ability, reproduce advertisements as provided by the advertiser, but we cannot guarantee that it will be of the same quality. • We accept no liability for the content of advertising placed in the Bath Echo newspaper, and all liability falls with the individual advertiser. All cancellations require at least 2 weeks written notice. • If during reproduction, a substantial error occurs in the publication of an advert that is solely an error by Media Bath Limited, we will reproduce the advertisement in a later edition for no additional cost.
