DiversiTech Corp. has formed DiversiTech Europe through a merger of its UK-based DiversiTech/Pump House business with Milan, Italy’s Artiplastic, Mouscron, Belgium’s Castel Engineering, and Padua, Italy’s Rodigas. Artiplastic, Castel, Rodigas and DiversiTech have been working together for more than 15 years. The combined company will have eight manufacturing plants in the U.S. and Europe.
