1. Check the machine's cleanliness near the Chuck, Spindle, and Bed.
2. Verify the security of all covers or guards.
3. Wipe the slide rails, including the door and cover.
4. Verify every single part of the indicator lights.
5. Check every emergency push button.
6. Test each motor. Start the vehicle and press the emergency button.
7. Check the overall effectiveness of the machine.
8. Inspect the leak.
9. Examine the oil level.
10. Verify the Chiller unit is operating properly.
11. Verify the oil level in the automatic lubrication unit, gearbox, and headstock.
12. Inspect any mechanical assemblies for damage. any mounting bolts that are loose.
13. Inspect the gearbox for any noises that are unusual.
14- Verify that the guideways are properly lubricated.
15. Verify the cable loop's shape.
16. Inspect each cable for insulation damage.
17. Inspect any component producing chattering noises.
18. Verify the total motor consumption of current.
19. Pipes shouldn't be damaged.
20. Listen for any unusual pump noises.
