Setting up your new Vera Water and Power customer portal.

SETTING UP YOUR NEW VERA WATER AND POWER CUSTOMER PORTAL.

GETTING STARTED

Step One: Go to https://verawaterandpower.com On the home page, scroll down and click “View or Pay Your Bill” button. It will take you to myaccount.verawaterandpower.com/login.

Step Two: Signing up Click “Sign Up” at the top right corner.

Step Three: Fill in required fields Email address Phone number Phone number type Account number >> You have been assigned a new Vera Water and Power account number. To find your new account number: Click the link “How do I find my account number?” (The red arrow indicates this link.)

Enter your old account number Click search The NEW account number show at the bottom left and begins with an “A”.

Amount on your last statement (to verify your account) Name or Business >> enter your name or name of business If you would like to receive news and offers, Click “I want to receive news and offers.”

Agree with terms and conditions.

Click “I agree”.

Click “Sign Up”.

Check your email for a link to create a password. Be sure to check the spam folder!

How to find your new account number You will need to have a copy of your Vera Water and Power billing statement generated prior to Nov. 6, 2023.

Click “How do I find my Account Number?” on the portal registration page.

Type your “old” account number in the field and click “search”.

You will need to enter the Amount Due on your last statement to validate your registration.

Your new account number will start with the letter “A”.

Step Four: Check your email Before you can set up a password, check your email for a registration link from Vera Water and Power.

If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder.

The registration link that we send you is only valid for a short time. If you don’t use it relatively quickly, it will expire and you will have to request it again.

1. Once you have clicked the link that we emailed to you, you will be prompted to create a password.

Below is a sample of the email we will send to you.

Step Five: Create a password You will be directed to a window similar to the one on the right.

Please fill in the required fields.

Passwords must consist of: At least one UPPERCASE character At least 8 characters At least one lowercase character At least one symbol from !@#$%^&*() Click register

Step Six: Tour the site To view the new portal, click “Yes please, take the tour.” If you don’t have time right away, you can always click the taxi icon at the top right in your profile to take the tour.
