SECURING OUR WATER FUTURE: 4-million-gallon reservoir project update

Maintenance work is currently underway to revitalize our 50-year-old, 4-million-gallon reservoir located on Vera Crest Drive. This project is set to continue through August 2025, marking a milestone in our commitment to maintaining and improving our water infrastructure.

The sheer scale of our reservoir

To appreciate the magnitude of this project, let's put the size of our 4-million-gallon reservoir into perspective:

• It's equivalent to about six Olympic-sized swimming pools

• It could fill approximately 100,000 bathtubs

• The water it holds weighs a staggering 33,321,768 pounds — that's as heavy as 193 Boeing 737 airplanes!
