Standing strong, leading recovery: Four very important words deeply rooted in the legacy of the Meadowlands Chamber.
Standing Strong: This organization holds up the business community collectively so we can come together and support each other. Hand-in-hand, arms linked, we reach out to make sure we touch every business. This ensures we weather the storm, together, and see our way to brighter days.
Leading Recovery: Someone must sound the horn and point in the direction of economic success. It requires focus, determination, perseverance, fortitude and commitment! All of which are built into the mission statements of the Meadowlands Chamber, Meadowlands Live! CVB, Meadowlands Media and the Meadowlands 2040 Foundation: Entities working in unison to build a robust and sustaining economy in the greater Meadowlands region for all who live and work here.
In this issue of Meadowlands Magazine, we transition into recovery and regaining some sense of normal healthcare. Health and wellness now have a new meaning. Something tells me we will all be a bit more earnest in understanding our own personal health – everything from dental hygiene to weight loss and cardio care. Taking long walks, doing early morning yoga and meditation are now mainstream. Washing our hands and being cognizant of what we touch may just

help lower the number of flu and other infectious disease cases we see every year. COVID-19 has instilled some lessons in us that may prove to be a silver lining.
This publication is a communications tool that serves as a conduit of important learning information for all sized businesses, executives and entrepreneurs. We take that role seriously and we will always strive to bring you the most current information to keep you informed.
I call it business intelligence.
And remember: “When there’s something great happening in the Meadowlands, we tell the story.”
Let’s stand strong together!
