Journey PX Mother Baby empowers patients and prepares them for discharge. It includes the My Health and Wellness Education feature of the platform, which contains a selection of expertly curated health education videos from the most reputable sources including AWHONN (Association of Women’s Health, Obstetrics and Neonatal Nurses) National Child Passenger Safety Board and the American Academy of Pediatrics. Parents and chosen caregivers can also receive education via text and email after discharge.
