HELPFUL TIPS Please ensure you have the resort phone number and bookings cell phone Resort: 780-594-5564 Bookings Cell: 587-398-2607 Dress appropriately for the weather conditions—snow pants, mitts, warm socks, a jacket, and a face covering are essential. Hats cannot be worn under helmets, a thin toque without a pom-pom is ideal. We strongly recommend that students wear snow pants over sweatpants, leggings, or pajama pants. Lost and found items will be kept for two weeks. After this period, any unclaimed items will be donated to local charities. Before departing, the coordinator is required to visit Guest Services to review and finalize the invoice. If this step is missed, the school will be charged based on the booking information received. Once the invoice is finalized, no refunds will be granted.
