Earlier this month, 22 Shepparton locals interested in becoming first-time home builders attended a free First Time Builder event run by Metricon Homes. Guests had access to industry specialists who answered their questions and advised them on the buying and building process.

The Metricon BuildSmart event took place at the stunning Berkshire 34 display home in Kialla, and was focused on helping a variety of customers: those saving for their first home, those looking for a home and land package, those who had already purchased land, and those who were simply interested in learning more about the Metricon building process.
