Hello there!

I’m Lily! A Doula with a kind-hearted, gentle and passionate soul. Obsessed with all things pregnancy, birth, postpartum and honouring life's transitions I hold a Bachelor of Nursing, with the trajectory of Midwifery care. My work as a Registered Nurse has shone light on the need to go back to the roots of care, that focuses on evidence based education, emotional support and holding space for women ’ s empowerment. I have completed training with the renowned Australian Doula College to broaden my knowledge on pregnancy, birth and postpartum care, this deeply aligns with my love of the birth space and passion for women's health.

I have grown up on the Central Coast, however lived in many parts of world, working professionally as a Nanny with a love for travel My long standing care as a professional Nanny and Mothers help has also deepened my passion for the model of whole family care

I have a maternal nature and deliver support and education with bubbly personality, that aims for birthing women and partners to have the knowledge to feel fully informed Knowledge is power, I want women to trust in their bodies, and believe in their innate abilities to birth. I believe Birth, postpartum and the beginning of parenthood to be the most pinnacle part of a persons life, this deserves to be well supported

The onboarding form will let me get to know you and your partner a little better, your birth wishes, and how I can best serve you! The contract will help outline expectations from Both parties

20% deposit required upon booking For Birth support- Full investment due by 36 weeks of pregnancy. If you are booking late in pregnancy (never too late) we will discuss this Education and postpartum packages may differ

This session is designed to put the power of birth in YOUR hands, on YOUR terms Birth planning empowers couples to understand their various options in birth, how they impact each other, and how to make true Informed decisions

Taking time in advance to consider your possibilities and options can reduce trauma, confusion, stress and increase birth positivity and healthy outcomes for mother and baby

A Birth Map is a powerful document that works like a ‘choose your own adventure’, where the birthing woman is the author. It is a simple tool for clear communication, and benefits women, their partners and the Care Provider.

Knowing what to ask, and being able to ask well in advance, means freedom to explore the options Understanding the various pathways of birth and how they intertwine gives control back to birthing parents

I am passionate about protecting perinatal mental health, and that all begins with support This package is designed to honour your postpartum by allowing you to rest, and build you up to feel confident in parenthood Provide guidance through newborn care, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, sleep and settling, light housework and meal deliveries Care that leaves you feeling restored. This package is ideal for those who are experienced in the birth space, are a seasoned birther, or feel confident in their education and have already engaged in childbirth physiology courses etc (e g hypnobirthing,calmbirth) and are mainly seeking hands on and advocacy support of a doula during their labour and birth
