Library Introduces Self-Checkout Stations

McKee Library is thrilled to announce the addition of two new selfcheckout stations, designed to enhance your library experience. These user-friendly stations allow you to check out library materials quickly and efficiently using your Southern Adventist University ID card number.

With the new self-checkout stations, you can: Check Out Materials: Simply scan your items and enter your ID card number to borrow books, DVDs, and more.

Check the Status of Your Account: Review what you currently have checked out to stay on top of due dates. Renew Materials: Conveniently extend your borrowing time without having to visit the circulation desk.

These self-checkout stations are part of McKee Library's ongoing commitment to providing innovative services that meet the needs of our campus community. Stop by today and experience the ease of self-checkout for yourself!

Music Database Added to Library Collection

McKee Library now offers access to Grove Music Online, the leading online resource for music research. This extensive database includes a vast collection of articles, biographies, and bibliographies from the authoritative New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians, along with regular updates and additions. Ideal for students, faculty, and music enthusiasts, it covers all aspects of music history, theory, and practice, from classical to contemporary genres.

Access it through the library's A to Z database list and in the music research guides for comprehensive and up-to-date music scholarship. Please contact Donald Martin for any questions regarding the library’s databases.

Artificial Intelligence Guide
