MARCH AT THE LIBRARY Here are four reasons to spend time reading:* • Reading improves your mental health • Reading helps you connect with people • Reading improves language skills • Reading reduces stress and increases relaxation Each reading list includes nonfiction, fiction, and juvenile. Depending on the reading list, other sections such as poetry, films, memoirs & biographies, and pictorial works are included.

Promoting the Reading Lists We encourage you to promote the reading lists in your courses and conversation with students.
