Campus Research Day is April 21, 2022. Final titles and papers must be submitted to Knowledge Exchange by April 1, 2022.
The Writing Center is proud to offer an easy way to ask a writing-related question without scheduling an appointment. This resource is an excellent way to ask a question about citations, grammar, or word choice.
Oral Presentation Requirements Oral Presentation presenters must attach the full text of their research paper or a working draft (oral presentations) in Knowledge Exchange by April 1, 2022. Presentations are not considered complete until this step is finalized. This is also the final date to change your title or withdraw from the event, if necessary. Poster Session Requirements The poster session will be held from 2 - 3:15 p.m. in Iles Gymnasium. A poster session competition will take place for those who would like to compete. Poster presentation presenters can make changes to poster titles in Knowledge Exchange until April 1. After that date, names and presentation titles will be included in the electronic Campus Research Day program.
Postersmith will be supporting Campus Research Day 2022 again this year by offering FREE professional fabric poster printing (including FREE shipping and handling) for those who are able to get their posters in by the Postersmith deadline, March 20, 2022. Volunteers Needed We are in need of faculty volunteers to serve as evaluators for our noncompeting sessions. Faculty evaluators are responsible for assessing student presentations. Women’s History Guide We invite you to view the Women’s History, Feminism, & Rights research topic guide: a topic guide covering Women’s History. Themes include equal pay, suffrage, women in STEM, women in war, and women in the arts.

Tools&Resources Statista
McKee Library has subscribed to Statista for several years. This database provides quantitative data from various data sources that include statistics, reports, expert tools, and infographics for various industries. We recently acquired access to two additional components: Global Consumer Survey and the eCommerce Database. Global Consumer Survey The Statista Global Consumer Survey offers
a global perspective on consumption and media usage, covering the offline and online world of the consumer. GCS is based on more than 1,000,000 online interviews conducted in 56 countries -- leveraging the power of a panel with more than 80 million consumers. It will help you to understand your target groups and receive individual insights into consumer behavior with the DIY analysis tool. Also, it offers Content Specials – in-depth studies on the
most relevant industries and trending topics. eCommerce Database The eCommerce Database serves as a starting point for market and revenue analyses, forecasts, or for a benchmarking of more than 20,000 online stores. It will help you to gain comprehensive insights into the most important eCommerce players worldwide.

The 1923 Lincoln Calendar is part of McKee Library’s Thomas Memorial Collection
The 1923 Lincoln Calendar is a monthly calendar published by Dodge Publications in 1922. This calendar is part of McKee Library’s Thomas Memorial Collection. The Thomas Memorial Collection contains materials related to Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War. About the Collection Included in this collection are more than 2,700 volumes as well as authentic photos concerning Abraham Lincoln and the Civil War. A $10 check signed by Lincoln is also part of the collection and has been included in The Papers of Abraham Lincoln project. Other interesting materials include a piece of oak from the floor of Lincoln’s Springfield law office, a gavel made from a tree planted by
Lincoln, and a section of his original marble sarcophagus. Several oil portraits of Lincoln also make up this collection.
