The Local Market We have had a cracking start to the year with my team achieving 7 sales worth $13M in February alone, preceded by 2 sales in January. Buyer demand in Gladesville, Putney and Tennyson Point remains very strong. In January/February, we met 517 buyers – including 100 at a single open in Gladesville, issued 133 contracts and welcomed 25 registered bidders amongst our first four auctions for the year. Sydney auction clearance rates have returned to boomtime levels above 80% and home values have continued to rise – up 1.4% in January and another 1.4% in February, according to RP Data. The surprise official interest rate cut in February has taken home loan rates to a new record low. This combined
