As you will see by the graph below, 22.5% of our buyer traffic is coming from stronger markets in the Byron Shire and Sydney regions which is creating a strong competition on homes that are offered for sale in Ballina Shire. With such strong buyer demand from these regions, it is helping increase local prices because their value perception is different.
