Professional photography. We use only high quality photographs to ensure your property looks its best.

Direct contact via database. Details of your property are emailed to thousands of qualified potential tenants across our extensive and growing database, the day you list it with us.

Online advertising. We promote your property on Australia’s major real estate websites, including mcgrath.com.au which receives over one million page views each month and connects us with the highest possible calibre of prospective tenants.

Local press advertising, signage. Display advertising in local newspapers and for lease signs are still a strong source of available tenants, so we offer these as well as our online package.

Personal attention. We take great care with all reference and identity checks, and initial property inspections, and we personally show all potential tenants through your property. Only the most suitable tenants are selected.
