SOLD WAVERTON 9 Balls Head Road I am sure your industry receives its fair share of negativity and I can well imagine the tight rope agents have to walk between vendors and buyers differing expectations and the complications of leaving both parties happy. While I can´t comment on the purchasers’ views, I would like to share with you our complete delight in the handling of the recent sale of our property in Waverton. The professionalism shown by both Donovan Murphy and David Howe proves that integrity, attention to detail and hard work pay off. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years and feel that the smoothness of the whole McGrath operation from photography to script writing and media exposure is unprecedented. Even though the sale almost failed and with the potential loss of commission looming, neither Donovan and David faulted and they achieved a new record for the street and probably the highest sale price in Waverton for a number of years.
