Welcome to our latest quarterly report for the Terrigal property market, which hopefully will be our last one we will have to put together in a lock down. As you are no doubt aware, our market has continued to rise, reaching values that were unthinkable even as recently as the beginning of this year. There are a few factors that have led to the increase – limited supply of houses for sale and large numbers of buyers who are being fuelled by all-time low interest rates, desire to
get out of large metropolitan areas and the ability to work from home. With the Reserve Bank talking about no interest rate rises for the foreseeable future it is unlikely that we will see any downward pressure on prices any time soon.
