Anniversaries are worth celebrating. On behalf of the more than 41,000 RSM professionals around the world it’s my pleasure to welcome you as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of The RSM Classic! RSM is honored to partner with the Davis Love Foundation, the PGA TOUR, the local community, some 1,200 event volunteers and others to bring The RSM Classic to the world via the Golf Channel each year. Welcome to Sea Island! We are again delighted to host the RSM Classic, now in its tenth year. As it has been from the beginning, its success is due to the passion and effort of hundreds of volunteers, the sponsors, patrons, RSM, and of course our own Davis Love III, Mark Love, Todd Thompson, and the tournament staff. While there is always excitement in the air during tournament week, that is especially true this year for all of us at Sea Island due to the recent reopening of the Plantation Course, wonderfully redesigned by Davis and Mark Love of Love Golf Design. That milestone follows the March opening of the all-new, 17,000-square-foot Golf Performance Center, a state-of-the-art facility that we regard as the finest in the world. Opening after the Classic is the King Cottage, a 4,200-squarefoot cottage perfect for golf buddy groups -- equipped with its own hitting bay overlooking St. Simons Sound and the driving range. That comes on the heels of opening six new cottages, an infinity-edge pool, and pool house at The Lodge. The support and leadership of the RSM team continue to spark the involvement of other sponsors and patrons. We value their partnership, as well as the commitment of the entire community. This long par four is set up by the drive. Players must play far enough left to avoid the large oak trees that can inhibit the second shot on this hole, while avoiding the marsh to the left. Set upon the Atlantic, wind is always a factor here and while there are no bunkers guarding the green, marsh runs the entire left side making the swales right of the green a common place to play third shots.

A great finishing hole that requires both length and accuracy off the tee. At 470 yards, players have to negotiate fairway bunkers both right and left to have a second shot into the green protected by bunkers both left and front right. A great finishing hole that can provide great shots for a dramatic finish.

Friends of the Foundation Friends of Davis Love Foundation is a program administered by the Davis Love Foundation that helps raise money for charities participating in the program. Each participating charity sells raffle tickets. Raffle participants have a chance to win a car from Nalley Buick GMC Brunswick. Charity Putting Challenge Wednesday, November 20, 4pm Speedway Putting Course A group of 12 PGA TOUR professionals each team up with a Special Olympics athlete and a Boys and Girls Club participant for this exciting putting competition. Representatives from RSM serve as official scorekeepers for each of the teams.

Folds of Honor Million Dollar Challenge” Saturday, November 23 Open Qualifying - 9am - 2pm #1 - Plantation Finale - immediately following completion of 3rd round #18 - Seaside This is a fun event to test golf skills and possibly win $1 Million Dollars – all while raising valuable funds for The Folds of Honor Foundation. Participants will compete in a “Closest to the Pin” contest with 13 finalists qualifying for a one-shot Challenge Round. The finalist who hits the shot closest to the pin will win a two-night stay at the Sea Island Resort plus a round of golf. A Hole-in-One is worth $1 Million ($500,000 to participant and $500,000 to Folds of Honor). $20 donation to enter.

The RSM Birdies Fore Love program is a giving platform tied to The RSM Classic, focused on supporting organizations that help build the middle market leaders of tomorrow. The program has two primary components:

Birdies Fore Love – RSM employee giving challenge Each year during the run-up to The RSM Classic, RSM partners, principals and employees raise funds for local charities aligned with the missions of the RSM US Foundation and the Davis Love Foundation. In 2018, the program raised more than $2.8 million for more than 70 charities in the communities where RSM employees live and work. The strong fundraising through Birdies Fore Love, coupled with matching contributions from the RSM US Foundation and proceeds from the tournament, has brought the program total to more than $13 million donated over the nine years of the tournament.

Birdies Fore Love – PGA TOUR on-course competition In collaboration with the PGA TOUR, RSM Birdies Fore Love will donate over $1 Million to charitable organizations through an on-course competition over the first ten events of the 2019-20 PGA TOUR Season. In addition to the weekly winners, the top three players who accumulate the most birdies (or better) throughout those first ten events will earn $300,000, $150,000 and $50,000, respectively, for children- or familyfocused charitable organizations of each player’s choice. RSM got a head start by awarding $50,000 to Patrick Rodgers, who recorded the most birdies (or better) at the 2018 RSM Classic. Rodgers chose to donate $40,000 to the Indianapolis Junior Golf Foundation, the group that helped him get his start in golf, and $10,000 to Hilarity For Charity.
