Dear Members,
As we move into the final stretch of the year, I want to take a moment to reflect on a busy and successful October here at Treyburn Country Club, as well as share what’s ahead for November and December.
October Highlights Pickleball Success
Our new Pickleball facility, which officially opened in September, has seen tremendous activity and excitement Participation in our new programs has been strong, and it’s been wonderful to see members embracing the sport and enjoying the new courts We also received final approval from the City to move forward with the completion of the new restroom and pro shop building, which will further enhance the experience for all racquet players.
34th Annual Member-Guest Tournament & Havana Nights Gala
October brought one of our signature events of the year the 34 Annual Men’s Member-Guest Golf Tournament. We hosted an impressive field of players and enjoyed a week filled with great golf and camaraderie. The event concluded with our “Havana Nights” Gala on the wedding lawn an evening that truly captured the energy and spirit of Treyburn. The décor, the music, and the atmosphere were magical.

Halloween Spooktacular
We wrapped up the month with our Halloween Spooktacular, a family favorite that was bigger and better than ever The evening featured a blow-up slide, carnival games, and a festive buffet that delighted kids and parents alike The haunted hayride, complete with spooky lights along the path, added an extra touch of Halloween magic A big thank you to DJ Ava for keeping the energy high and the kids dancing throughout the evening!
Course & Club Updates
Our golf course conditions remain excellent this fall, and the maintenance team continues preparing the turf for winter with agronomic practices that will set us up for a strong start in the spring. Inside the clubhouse, our Food & Beverage team has been hard at work preparing for the holidays and enhancing service consistency to elevate your dining experience. Ryan and our fitness team are also ready to help members stay active throughout the winter months.
Looking Ahead – November & December
Holiday Dining & Events
The holiday season is right around the corner! Be sure to make reservations early for our Thanksgiving offerings and upcoming holiday celebrations. Some key events to mark on your calendar include our Copper Cane Wine Dinner, our Adult Cooking Class, and our Santa Brunch in December!
We’re also planning to enhance our Polar Express event, building on the fun and energy of this year’s Spooktacular to create another memorable family experience
CLUB UPDATES
Golf & Racquet Activities
Cooler weather doesn’t mean slowing down! We’ll continue offering golf events and racquet programming throughout November and December. Keep an eye on the calendar and weekly emails for details.
Club Enhancements
Over the next few months, we’ll be completing several remaining capital projects While some may not be particularly visible or exciting, they are important investments in the Club’s long-term quality and operation
One of the major projects ahead will be replacing our internal and external sprinkler systems over the next six months We’ll do our best to minimize any disruption to daily operations and will keep everyone informed as the work progresses
Community Stewardship
We’re proud to introduce our upcoming “Footprints on the Green” Golf Event and to announce that Treyburn’s leadership team has adopted a highway. This initiative will be maintained throughout the year as part of our commitment to giving back to our community and keeping our surroundings beautiful.

As the 2025 golf calendar comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on an exciting and successful season at Treyburn Country Club. The past two months have been filled with memorable events that showcased the best of our club and community including the Ladies, Junior, and Senior Club Championships, the 34th Annual Men’s Member-Guest, and the TLGA & TMGA Cups.

COURSE CONDITIONS & SEASONAL UPDATES
The golf course is in excellent shape the greens remain firm and fast, and the fall colors have been stunning! As the leaves continue to drop, Mark and his team will be working diligently to keep fairways and greens clear each day.
With cooler mornings ahead, please be aware of potential frost delays. Walking on frosted turf can cause lasting damage, so we’ll delay morning tee times until conditions improve. Any delays or updates will be shared via email and noted at the top of the tee sheet each day, along with cart rules and range hours.
As temperatures continue to cool, we’ll also transition to a 10:00 AM shotgun start on Saturdays and Sundays during the winter season. The professional staff will notify all members when this schedule adjustment begins.
