You may join the waiting list for membership at Porters Neck by completing a membership application and submitting a non-refundable application payment towards the initiation fee of your desired membership class, shown above. Please note that applicants do not have access to Club amenities while on the Membership Waiting List.

Step 1 | Join the Membership Waiting List Sport: $5,000

each membership becomes available, the next applicant on the waiting list for that membership category is offered membership. Upon activation, you become an active member of Porters Neck Country Club under the membership category you selected and receive the privileges associated with that membership.

Golf Waiting List

GOLF WAITING LIST APPLICATION FEE: $1,000 Applicants who apply for the Sport – Golf Waiting or Clubhouse – Golf Waiting membership categories will first be placed on the Membership Waiting List. Your position on the Golf Waiting List is established when your Sport – Golf Waiting or Clubhouse – Golf Waiting membership is activated. The $1,000 Golf Waiting List application fee, included in the $6,000 application payment, will be credited toward the Golf initiation fee when you are activated as a Golf member. Golf Initiation Protection: You will be locked into the Golf initiation fee in effect on the date your Sport – Golf Waiting or Clubhouse – Golf Waiting membership is activated and your position on the Golf Waiting List is established. Golf memberships are offered in the order of each member's position on the Golf Waiting List.

Because Golf membership availability is dependent upon future membership activity, the length of time before a Golf membership becomes available cannot be guaranteed. All Initiation and Application Fees are NonRefundable

Members on our Golf Waiting List have unlimited access to the Golf practice facilities at no additional fee. Sport members on the Golf Waiting List may also pay to play golf. Club Membership Full Golf INITIATION FEE Option 1: $40,000 Due Upon Joining Non-Refundable

Option 2: $45,000 Paid in 3 Annual Installments of $15,000 Non-Refundable

MONTHLY DUES $700

Allows family access to all club amenities including: 4 Star Rated, 18 hole Tom Fazio Golf Course, Practice and Short Game Facilities, Dining & Social Events, Adult Lap Pool, Family Pool, Gym & Group Exercise Studio, Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce. Limited number of Golf and Young Executive Golf memberships available in order to protect tee time availability, pace of play and course conditions. McConnell Golf Reciprocal Privileges:

Club Membership Young Professional Golf INITIATION FEE Option 1: $40,000 Due Upon Joining Non-Refundable

MONTHLY DUES $510

Available to anyone under the age of 40. If married, the membership must be placed in the name of the older spouse.

Young Professional Golf members enjoy the

same membership privileges as Full Golf members.

All initiation and application fees are nonrefundable. MONTHLY DUES $390 Allows family access to Dining & Social Events, Adult Lap Pool, Family Pool, Gym & Group Exercise Studio, Tennis, Pickleball and Bocce. Sport members may play golf six times a calendar year at a reduced rate, which is currently $75. After the sixth round, that calendar year, Sport members may still play golf but the rate increases to $145 and guests are no longer allowed. Cart fees applicable. Allows family access to all Dining & Social Events at the Clubhouse. Clubhouse members may also participate in the Member Outings. Golf and/or Tennis or Pool access is only available if the member is accompanied by a Full Golf or Sport member.
