MANAGER'S MESSAGE

ProvidenceMembers,

First and foremost, I want to thank you all for a great season over at the pool and West Pavilion It was a nice summer, and our team thoroughly enjoyed seeing everyone have fun for the last few months I’ve long said the West Pavilion is a space we don’t use enough here at Providence, especially after the pool closes. Fortunately, we’ll now work to keep the space open during the next few months. As temperatures cool down and football season heats up, it’s a perfect time of year to utilize the West Pavilionandallithastooffer

As our Club continues to have high activity, using multiple outlets will be a benefit to us all Monica and her team will have the dining room full of liveliness and fun, Chef Jason has a menu for everyone, and Brian at the West Pavilion will make sure his crew takes good care of you, your family, and your guests It’llbefuntoseeourClubremainvibrantheadedintothefallmonths

Now is a perfect time to begin planning for the rest of the year Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, and New Year’s will be here before you know it Please let us know if we can host a party for your family, your work, or a group of friends Jessica and Emma can assist with putting on a great event to celebrateanybirthdayorholidayyou’dliketocelebrate.

Please let any of our team know if there is anything we can do to enhance your experience here at the Club. We’re more than willing to accommodate any request we can fulfill to ensure your expectations are being met As you’ve seen this year, our team has made many improvements to the Club Some utilize capital budget, some use elbow grease, and some simply listening to your requests and implementing new ideas/suggestions. We’re here to help and make Providence a place you all can be proudof WelookforwardtoseeingyouallaroundtheClubsoon

It’s hard to believe that September is already here Time truly flies when you’re enjoying yourself! As we move away from the summer months and the peak growth phase, we now welcome a new season and a fresh time of year This period is just as important, if not more so, than any other season A lot of planning and careful, time-sensitive decisions that depend on temperature take place during the fall, influencing both our immediateandlong-termfuture.Andlet’snotforgetabouttheleafcleanupthatwilloccupyusforthenextfourmonths.

The work never stops! Every action we take this season affects how we maintain conditions during winter and how we transition out of dormancy come spring In fact, all of these activities were part of our planning for 2024 within the framework of the 2025 agronomic plan Over the coming months, we’ll reflect on our successes and challenges from this year and identify potential adjustments for 2026 We’ll evaluate the good, the missteps, financial considerations, pesticide programs, fertility schedules, and new maintenance strategies. I have proudly been a member of the activities department for nearly five years, engaging with children throughout the summer Each week isfilledwithjoyandexcitementasweparticipateinourdailyactivities

A little about me: I have a dog named Booker who loves to cuddle In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer with my friends. Currently, I’m pursuing a nursing degree at the University of Kentucky My passion lies in working with children, adults, and the elderly, which is why I am committed to my nursing studies. I firmly believe that compassion and care are essential qualities for any great caregiver. I strive to make the worldabetterplaceineverythingIdo
