Spring has sprung, and the buzz around the golf course, tennis courts, and Clubhouse has returned. It’s great to see our membership in full bloom so to speak. Over March and April, we welcomed 13 new families and 2 returning families to the Holston Hills CC and McConnell Golf families. Member referrals are up to 75%, which truly makes me smile, knowing our members are proud of their club and want to share it with others. Thank you so much!

SPARTAN SPRINT: A 5k (approximately 3 1 miles) trail run with 20 obstacles
SPARTAN SUPER: A 10k (approximately 6.2 miles) race with 25 obstacles, known for its demanding terrain and elevation gain.
SPARTAN BEAST: A 13+ mile race with 30+ obstacles, a soul crushing test of endurance
Jazz, completed all 3 which is called the TRIFECTA, which many usually achieve within a couple of months She ran it in 2 days, totaling a 36k (23 miles) and 75 total obstacles
An introductory yoga class accessible to most people, this session follows an Iyengar-style format focused on form, detail, precision, and alignment The class generally moves at a slower pace, with controlled movements and stretches synchronized with the breath. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement
