From the Manager WARM GREETINGS Dear Members,
As we celebrate a new year, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each of you for contributing to what has made 2025 a truly remarkable year of joy, community, and camaraderie here at RGA. Last year has been particularly thrilling with the successful completion of phase one ofHOLIDAY our renovation. We’re on track to exceed 50,000 rounds, a remarkable feat considering only 18 holes were open for half of the year!

On behalf of our entire staff and management team, we wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous, joyful, and fulfilling 2026. We are dedicated to meeting your golfing needs and ensuring your experience is filled with joy, fun, and companionship.
Phase Two Timeline LOOKING AHEAD We're excited to kick off phase two of our course renovation in March! Below is the planned timeline for the construction. (Please note that this schedule may be adjusted due to weather conditions.) In March, we will begin work on the greens and bunkers of the front 9. The four holes on the south side of Tryon and the five holes on the north side will remain open until the front 9 construction is finished and sprigged. We expect to sprig the greens in the first week of June. Following this, we will shift our focus to the driving range, aiming for completion by mid-August. During this phase we will only have 14 holes open. We anticipate reopening the front 9 around Labor Day weekend, and with favorable weather, the range should be operational by late September or early October. Justin Sary, Club Manager

Tyga golf tourament
After an incredible 773 rounds, our Thursday Night Scramble league wrapped up with an intense Tournament of Champions featuring 14 teams on out newly renovated Stockholders Course!
At Raleigh Golf Association, we believe every golf program should be centered around playing golf and making it fun to track progress over time. We are a licensed Operation 36 facility and leverage the Op 36 oncourse format and technology to help golfers improve their skills.
Please be advised that on Monday, January 19th, we will be hosting the Tarheel Youth Golf Association. The course will be closed until 2 PM that day.
Congratulations to Sean Degnan and Cindy Bolden for clinching the net division with a score of 31! Thank you to everyone who participated this season. We can't wait to welcome you all back next year on our stunning new golf course!
