At UT, Bhavya served as President of the University Securities Investment Team (USIT), UT’s largest finance organization, where she helped manage a $50k student-run equity portfolio, mentored students interested in investing, and organized events for 300+ members. During her tenure, she coordinated Texas Stock Pitch, one of the largest competitions in the southern US, and Texas Charity Pitch, McCombs’ only philanthropy-focused competition. Bhavya frequently competed in national-level stock pitches and ranked in the top three at every competition she attended. During her time on the Forty Acres, Bhavya also served as the Director of Finance and Project Manager for Texas Consulting and was involved with Titans of Investing and Texas Lassos. In her free time, Bhavya enjoys reading novels, spending time with friends, going to the gym, playing volleyball, and eating chocolate chip cookies.

Bhavya is extremely grateful for the support of her parents, brother, family, friends, and mentors. After graduation, Bhavya is excited to join Citadel full-time in New York City in their Associate Program as a Long/Short Fundamental Equities Investor.
