Next to the Dean’s Office is the History Exhibit The school developed the exhibit with the help of the Director of Exhibits for the Bob Bullock Museum. It depicts the evolution of the school and its impact in the state of Texas over its 80-year history

A popular hang-out and study area for students, the Atrium is the social center of the McCombs School The nearby O’s Café is also a common spot for students to buy meals to enjoy in the Atrium during a study session or meet up with classmates and friends

The Wellness Center is located in the CBA north building and is an ideal location that is both easily accessible and private enough for the services offered. Two of the private offices are dedicated to the CARE Counselors, and a third private office is used by our Resources in Residence guests

Nearly 500 firms come to the Ford Career Center every year to interview McCombs students It includes 43 private interviewing suites some equipped with virtual interviewing capabilities a recruiter lounge, and a beautiful, single-point-of-service foyer Many companies conduct first-round interviews in the Ford Career Center for McCombs students applying for internships or full-time employment opportunities

The NRG Productivity Center is a popular study area for students that was created with a gift from Reliant Energy. This lounge is a mixed study space for individual or group study

ACTIVE LEARNING CLASSROOMS 5TH FLOOR

These “team-based, adaptable and state-of-the-art learning environments” represent an important innovation in classroom design and an important new resource for the McCombs community. The design of the space lets instructors easily switch between presenting to the entire class, to consulting with individual student groups on their work, providing a well-balanced learning experience.
