EXAMPLES OF ENTREPRENEURIAL SPIRIT
The Yard made a record $3.35M in profit in 2022. This profit is the Region’s and is being reallocated back to the Business Units. This profit re-distribution is based on revenues within our Yard-specific categories. We couldn’t have achieved this number without the continued support from our Business Units.
By leveraging our McCarthy subject matter experts across the company our team ensures that these tactics are well planned and executed minimizing the risk taken on by our project teams while adding maximum value to our projects.
