About The Initiative
TheMercerCountyHousingInitiativewasformedto addresstheneedtospreadawarenessofrural homelessnessandhousinginsecurity,andtooffer resourcestothosefacingit.
When the collaborative Mercer 100 project came to an end, the group persevered, bringing key area organizations to work together The resulting efforts have led to the process map you’ll find in this guide, securing dollars for the emergency housing fund, and the continued work of intervening on behalf of individuals facing housing insecurity and homelessness in Mercer County.
