The REC Program is a user-pay program open to children ages 5½ to 12 or children in grades 1-5. The REC Program offers: homework time, art and crafts, music, dance parties, movies, fitness fun, snacks, gardening, cooking, sports, tournaments, themed activities, and more. Ratio is 1 leader to 12 children. All activities are supervised by trained CPR certified recreation leaders. All day REC Drop off for most MBUSD holidays for enrolled months, (7:30am to 5:30pm) Manhattan Heights Park and Live Oak Park. REC Camps during enrolled months, (7:30am to 5:30pm). Excludes REC Summer Camp. Late night REC Program 1st Friday of the month from 6pm to 8pm. The REC Program offers after school pick up from four local elementary schools: Meadows Elementary, Pennekamp Elementary, Pacific Elementary, and Grand View Elementary. REC Program staff will meet the children at each school and walk them to their home park. Meadows and Pennekamp Elementary will walk to Heights Park. Pacific and Grandview Elementary will walk to Live Oak Park.

SCOOP LACROSSE PROGRAM
5 but less than 12 Res: $125 Nonres: $138 (4 Weeks) The SCOOP Program by South Bay Lacrosse Club (SBLC) is an introductory series tailored to our beginner boys and girls. The curriculum will have an emphasis on building a fundamental foundation necessary to enjoy the sport of lacrosse. Players will be put through a variety of drills and games focusing on passing, catching, shooting and dodging. This program will be non-contact (lacrosse sticks only with cleats).
