Education Space Legacy

After viewing the exhibition, Legacy, be sure to check out the side gallery, for kid-friendly educational resources. Materials and instructions are provided in the space to create a Simon Ouwerkerk inspired art piece. Simon Ouwerkerk's sculptures are built using polygons as the fundamental building blocks. His artistic style is deeply influenced by the works of Franz West and Del Harrow. Although all three artists use similar materials and employ similar processes, the outcomes of their artistic endeavors are strikingly distinct from each other. Legacy will be on view at the Manhattan Beach Art Center through December 31. For more information please visit, Exhibitions.
